MOSAIC Recycled Wool Patchwork Cap - No. 027

MOSAIC is a sustainable textile collection designed by Julien, a designer proud of his neurodiversity. Inspired by the principle of mosaic—assembling different elements to create a coherent whole—it celebrates the richness of every way of thinking, like neurodiversity itself.

The MOSAIC #027 is entirely handmade in Montreal by atelierDNHN, using upcycled materials from jackets and blazers. Outer fabrics, inner linings: everything comes from second-hand clothing. Cut and assembled into a patchwork of three distinct fabrics: brown/khaki checks, navy blue twill, and dark brown tweed. Each cap becomes a unique creation, impossible to reproduce identically.

Two black wool felt "D" patches—one hand-applied on the front panel, the other on the side—sign each piece with a soft, textured artisanal touch.

Each cap comes with a numbered card, certifying its uniqueness and its belonging to the MOSAIC collection.

In April, 10% of sales are donated to the Autisme Montérégie association to support autistic adults.

Care

• Hand wash only with a damp cloth and mild soap
• Do not immerse in water — wool and recycled fabrics are sensitive to moisture
