Refund policy

Returns Policy:

Given the unique nature of our products, atelier DNHN will only accept returns for an exchange for items returned 10 working days following the purchase in the workshop or upon receipt of your order. Please get in touch, mention your order number HERE . 

We reserve the right to accept or not the exchange under certain conditions. They will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We require: Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn for exchange with original receipt and tags.

Atelier DNHN will not accept any return-refund for any custom-made order or specific requests.

The term (final sales) will be mentioned on each product sheet or event made in the workshop if this is the case.

No returns or exchanges outside of Canada.
