Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery:

You will receive an email with your tracking number once the shipping label has been created. Our shipping rates are organized into three zones for Canada and three zones for Europe. For the rest of the world, shipments are handled by Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Carefully Reused Packaging:

As part of our waste reduction efforts, the DNHN studio prioritizes reusing cardboard boxes and packaging materials whenever possible. Your order may therefore arrive in previously used packaging that has been carefully selected to protect your items. Thank you for supporting this eco-friendly initiative.

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are not collected during checkout on our site; if applicable, they must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

Studio Pickup:

Studio pickup is free and available by appointment at 2065 Parthenais, Suite 030, Montreal, Quebec, H2K 3T1. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to schedule an appointment based on our availability.

Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and pick up your order within 30 days of receiving the notification that it is ready.

You will receive a confirmation and a reminder via email. If you are unable to make it, please let us know before your scheduled appointment.
