1- WHAT IS YOUR EMAIL RESPONSE TIME?

Please allow 24 hours for responses regarding your order status, tracking or any other general enquiries.

If your email is for an order, be sure to include your order number, name and email address used so that we can contact you.

2-ONCE I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL REQUEST, SHOULD I CONTACT YOU ON INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK?

No, in order to centralize all requests and better respond to our customers, our customer service will only process requests sent by email.

3- I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING. HOW TO PROCEED ?

If you haven't received shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at: info@atelierdnhn.com and we will do our best to make adjustments before your order is shipped.

Please allow up to 30 days working days for your order to be returned to our workshop. Once your shipment has been returned, we will contact you to discuss future shipping options or store credit. Additional charges may apply.

4- IS WORKSHOP PICKUP POSSIBLE?

Yes of course, when paying, you will have the option Pick Up which you will need to select as the delivery method.

Once your order is ready for pickup, an email will be sent to you to arrange an appointment based on available pickup times. You can read all the information regarding delivery and pick-up JUST HERE

 

5- CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

The DNHN workshop will only accept returns for an exchange for items returned 10 days following the purchase in the workshop or upon receipt of your order. We reserve the right to accept or not the return under certain conditions.
