DNHN products are created and made in Montreal from secondhand clothing, remnants, and end-of-line fabrics. These repurposed materials are used to design clothing, caps and hats, as well as a diverse range of accessories. The pieces are unique and gender-neutral, inspired by work uniforms, sportswear, and military aesthetics. Our production is ethical, eco-friendly, and entirely made in Montreal with care.

The brand name – denhien – is inspired by the denier, a unit of measurement used in textiles to weigh yarn. The idea of unity and yarn is reflected in our design. We emphasize unique pieces that follow the same guiding principle: to revalue existing garments by creatively reworking them to give them a second life and leave our mark. The acronym denhien – DNHN – represents our company values: Diversity – Nuances – Human – Native.

Our craftsmanship is not only reflected in the recycling of an industrial textile past, but also combines timeless influences with handmade and traditional know-how.
