Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping - Delivery:

• An email with your tracking number will be sent to you, once we have * processed your order. * (an order processing can vary between 2 to 4 working days)

• You will receive an email with your tracking number depending on the chosen carrier once your shipping label is  printed.

We ship our packages once or twice a week.

 

Customs, duties and other border charges:

For all orders, the DNHN workshop is not responsible for customs fees, duties or any other costs related to shipping.

 

Others :

• IMPORTANT / For all international orders. Please note that the shipping category offers only one option, contact us to offer you several shipping choices.

• SHIPPING METHOD - 4 choices will be offered to you, we recommend that you choose from the 2nd choice to include (a delivery with signature). We do not hold any responsibility, in the case of a standard choice without signature for any theft or loss (No refund will be possible).

 

Pick up at the workshop:

We offer a Pick up option at our workshop free of charge. The DNHN workshop is located at 2065 Parthenais suite 282-A, Montreal, QC, H2K 3T1, Canada. When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email to make an appointment according to our availability. Check your junk / SPAM emails as our email may be there.

Your order must be picked up within 30 days of receiving the email confirming that your package is ready to be picked up. Any orders not collected after this time will be put back on sale without refund.

The appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and a confirmation and a reminder will be sent to you by email.

Failure to respect our time slots / cancellation of the appointment without notice will result in the shipment of your order at your expense.
