MOSAIC Recycled Wool Patchwork Cap - No. 024

MOSAIC is a sustainable textile collection designed by Julien, a designer proud of his neurodiversity. Inspired by the principle of mosaic—assembling different elements to create a coherent whole. It celebrates the richness of every way of thinking, just like neurodiversity itself.

The MOSAIC #024 is entirely handmade in Montreal by atelierDNHN, from upcycled materials sourced from jackets and blazers. Outer fabrics, inner linings: everything comes from second-hand clothing. Three distinct fabrics come together in a striking patchwork: brown-beige houndstooth on the front panel, dark khaki green plain fabric on the side panels, and light grey houndstooth at the back. A dialogue of textures and tones makes this piece one of the most contrasting in the collection. Each cap becomes a unique creation, impossible to reproduce identically.

The black wool felt "D", hand-applied to the front and side panels, signs each piece with a soft, textured artisanal touch.

Each cap comes with a numbered card, certifying its uniqueness and its belonging to the MOSAIC collection.

In April, 10% of sales are donated to the association Autisme Montérégie to support autistic adults.

Care
